Qualifications

• Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and local codes
• Proficient reading of blueprints and technical manuals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied environments

Responsibilities

• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems per company standards and local codes
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot system failures, diagnose issues, and complete repairs or part replacements
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide recommendations
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe workplace
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance
