Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Technician to support maintenance across multiple facilities in Warner Robins, GA. You will install, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, lead field teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will also manage service calls, coordinate with external providers, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding Walmart’s safety and environmental protocols.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification with EPA 608 is required or preferred.
• 2-year vocational HVAC program is desirable.
• Journeyman HVAC license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues and implement fixes.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Lead and mentor field teams, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate service calls and maintain documentation and inventory.
