Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an HVAC Operations Manager/Senior Technician to lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians. The role covers service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial systems, with a focus on delivering reliable comfort and efficiency for customers.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years as an HVAC Technician, a NATE certification, and strong communication and technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years experience as an HVAC Technician.
• NATE certification.
• Strong communication and technical competence.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and direct the operations of the HVAC technicians
• Coordinate with the comfort advisor to assist in the sales process.
• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
