Job summary

Irish Air is seeking an HVAC technician for residential and light commercial service along the I-35 corridor in Texas. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, explain repair options to homeowners, and provide professional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Experience servicing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and follow company processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift equipment and work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Proficiency using mobile technology for service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair throughout the I-35 corridor.
• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect HVAC systems to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Explain repair recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners and customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
• Complete service documentation accurately using company software and mobile technology.
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Occasionally assist with HVAC equipment installations.
• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Work independently while communicating effectively with the owner and team.
• Represent Irish Air with integrity, professionalism, and reliability.

Your New Role

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, professional appearance
