Job summary

Yellowstone Local, on behalf of Advanced Texas Air Conditioning, is seeking an HVAC technician to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on residential systems. You will service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and IAQ systems, delivering accurate diagnoses and customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC systems independently and work safely without direct supervision.
• Experience servicing air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• EPA Certification preferred or required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform the physical demands of residential HVAC service.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality systems; deliver accurate diagnoses and solutions based on customer needs.
• Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Maintain detailed service documentation and communicate clearly with customers.
• Manage daily service calls with professionalism and ownership.
• Consistently produce high-quality work while meeting performance expectations.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
