This full-time HVAC Technician role offers $22–$32/hour + commission, health, dental & vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, a company cellphone, vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and paid holidays/PTO/vacation. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn residential HVAC startups, new construction systems, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and safely work at heights.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to develop HVAC technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as an HVAC Technician in Richardson, TX, serving customers throughout the surrounding service area.
• Assist with and learn residential HVAC system startups.
• Support residential new construction HVAC work.
• Inspect, test, and verify proper HVAC system operation under appropriate guidance.
• Develop hands-on knowledge of HVAC electrical wiring, controls, gauges, and system components.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, technical manuals, and established procedures.
• Identify basic HVAC issues and develop systematic troubleshooting skills.
• Assist experienced technicians with HVAC service and technical tasks as assigned.
• Work safely and professionally on residential job sites.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area.

• Build the technical skills needed to progress toward more advanced HVAC service and diagnostic responsibilities

• Entry-level candidates with 1–2 years of experience and developing HVAC technicians are encouraged to apply

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, components, electrical fundamentals, or mechanical systems preferred

• HVAC trade school, technical training, or related hands-on experience preferred

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to learn residential HVAC startups, new construction systems, and troubleshooting procedures

• Ability to follow instructions, manufacturer documentation, and technical materials

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to develop HVAC technical skills

• Dependable and self-directed approach to learning and completing assigned work

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and safely work at heights
