Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Operations & Maintenance of building systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression, Environmental and Water Treatment procedures.
• Knowledge of contractual requirements and creation of schedules.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain organization.
• Familiar with RS Means.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and strong written/oral communication.

• Creation of schedules.
• Maintains and repairs HVAC systems, water treatment systems, emergency generator systems and other mechanical systems.
• Orders replacement items through purchasing and coordinates with vendors for repairs.
• Submits weekly receipts to corporate office for processing.
• Performs additional duties within contractual responsibilities as required.
• Issues reports and summaries and maintains records for administrative/regulatory purposes.
• Resolves client concerns, conducts follow-up calls and onsite inspections for satisfactory performance.

The HVAC Technician in Midland, TX. The technician will report to the Program Manager. This position is on-site.

We are interviewingfor a full-time HVAC Technician in the Midland, Texas area. The HVAC Technician is responsible for the inspection and control of all preventive maintenance and repair of building and facility mechanical systems and related services. The working HVAC Technician must foster teamwork, cooperation, and results while monitoring efficiency, productivity and fiscally responsible. The following are key responsibilities associated with this position:

Job Duties:

• Utilizes Tsheets timekeeping daily, logging in and out for lunch.
• Creation of schedules.

Maintains, repairs and ensures all equipment is in proper working condition including HVAC systems, water treatment systems and emergency generator systems and various other mechanical systems.

• Orders replacement items through purchasing, and works with vendors regarding repairs to existing equipment.
• Submits receipts on a weekly basis to the corporate office for processing.
• Perform any additional duties on an "as required" basis where such duties are within the scope of contractual responsibilities.
• Issue reports and summaries as required.
• Maintain appropriate records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Resolves clients' concerns, conducts follow-up calls and makes onsite visit inspections for satisfactory job performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• The HVAC Technician will have 2+ years’ experience in the Operations & Maintenance of building operational systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression Systems, Environmental (to include Oil Water Separator Servicing) and Water Treatment procedures.
• Knowledge of contractual requirements and creation of schedules.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain organization.
• Familiar with RS Means.
• The HVAC Technician will be proficient with MS Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project), possess outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Pay Range $27.35 per hour
