You will handle remote support via phone, chat and email, and provide on-site assistance for installation and service issues, while promoting best practices and warranty handling.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC experience, strong communication, and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC technical service skills typical of minimum 5 years direct industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft office suite.
• Some overnight travel required.
• Valid motor vehicle driver license and reliable transportation with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via phone, chat and email using Salesforce CRM.
• Provide on-site technical support for product installation and service issues.
• Explain correct installation methods, service and diagnostic steps to customers.
• May teach technical training classes and assist sales with key customers.
• Coordinate with factory reps on warranties, claims and product issues.
• Submit activity and expense reports and maintain accurate records.
