Job summary
Stevens Equipment Supply, a Daikin Industries, Ltd. company, is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead field service operations from our Eagan, MN branch.
You will support dealers/contractors, coordinate training, and ensure service quality for heating and air-conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field service, HVAC certification, and a proven record of customer satisfaction. Travel up to 30% is required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in field service and repair.
- HVAC training/certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for dealers/contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely communication with customers via phone/text/email.
- Conduct product installation and service training for dealers with high failure rates.
- Collaborate with local sales team on new customer conversions to Daikin brands.
- Gather Voice of the Customer and provide feedback to Daikin sales/engineering groups.
- Monitor for early signs of quality issues through job site visits.
- Provide feedback to Corporate on field or building code changes.
- Produce training materials for sessions as needed.
- Travel up to 30% and manage projects with limited supervision.
