Gensco, Inc. is seeking an HVACTechnical Support Specialist Supervisor at our Corporate Office in Tacoma, WA. This role leads the technical services team, delivering inside HVAC support and superb service to customers and staff.

You will mentor team members, delegate tasks, and drive performance metrics to ensure success. The position requires 3+ years in retail HVAC with dealer service exposure, strong HVAC knowledge, and excellence in communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail HVAC with Dealer service background.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC industry.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of inside administrative and HVAC service support for customers and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and potential customers.
• Assist customers and team members with HVAC equipment support, product information, training, warranty claims, and factory support.
• Lead and coach team members, develop metrics, and ensure accountability for results.
