Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or equivalent.
• Demonstrated HVAC industry knowledge.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio).

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and selections to Account Execs during design or proposal phase.
• Assist in developing the customer business case for the conceptual solution.
• Support detailed estimating of projects for final client presentation.
• Validate assumptions during proposal and development phases.
• Prepare proposals and quotes, including takeoffs and specifications.
• Coordinate equipment submittals with contract documents and site needs.
• Monitor project P&L and customer satisfaction across assignments.
• Communicate progress and financial status to management as required.
• Work with branch administration to manage backlog and schedule two years out.
