Job summary

This role is part of Engineering and Technical Services, focusing on installation, repair, calibration, and tuning of control systems while coaching junior staff to uphold CBRE standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience; combo of experience and education considered.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, calibrate and maintain HVAC control systems and related instrumentation.
• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment for proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and propose best corrective actions.
• Lead by example and share knowledge across disciplines and teams.
