Chadwell Supply is seeking an HVAC Specialist to assist customers and sales staff with HVAC issues and warranty processing. You will source parts, price quotes, and manage orders with warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes accurate service, strong communication, and reliable support for branch operations. A background in HVAC or building trades is preferred, with a 40-hour work week and a hybrid schedule after training.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Self-motivated with good communication with applicants, vendors, managers and coworkers.
• 1–3 years of experience in a building trade (HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, etc.) or equivalent training/education.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, methods and equipment used in building trades.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices for commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and sales staff with HVAC needs and requests.
• Process HVAC warranties and ship replacement product.
• Source, price and process quotes, orders and returns.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and account managers to expedite issues.
• Process quotes and deliver to customers within 24–48 hours.
• Answer phones and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Participate in product training and knowledge sessions.
• Track returns and orders to fulfillment.
