Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Supervisor for residential new construction projects. You will oversee field crews, ensure compliance with blueprints, and manage day-to-day operations on-site.

The ideal candidate reads blueprints, has strong HVAC knowledge, communicates well with employees, and can interact with customers professionally. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; some computer skills and a clean driving record are required.

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is accepting applications for an HVAC Supervisor for residential new construction work. We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

• Able to read blueprints and measure walls
• Strong knowledge of HVAC
• Ability to relate well with employees
• Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus
• Superior customer interaction
• Some computer skills
• Clean, five-year driving record
• Pass a drug test

Specific Qualifications

Duties will include, but not be limited to, personnel management, quality assurance, site inspections, integrity tests, and various physical activities associated with these tasks.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
