Responsibilities include supervising installers, reading blueprints, coordinating site work, and mentoring field staff. Strong communication with builders and project managers is essential to deliver customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years HVAC installation experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and measure walls.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

HVAC Supervisor – New Construction

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee residential new construction HVAC projects in the Sarasota area. This role is responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule.

Specific Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years HVAC installation experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
• Ability to read blueprints and measure walls
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record
• Clean background screening and pass a drug test

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, and work in outdoor construction environments
