Job summary

IES in the United States seeks an experienced HVAC Supervisor for residential new construction to oversee crews, ensure quality installations, and keep projects on schedule. You will read blueprints, supervise installers and subcontractors, and uphold safety standards on active sites in the Fort Myers area.

This role requires leadership, strong HVAC knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with builders and project managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years HVAC installation experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and measure walls.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record.
• Clean background screening and pass a drug test.
