Job summary
Parts Town is seeking a Senior Director of HVAC Strategic Partnerships to develop and manage executive-level relationships with private equity firms, portfolio companies, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, creating enterprise-level partnerships, and driving revenue across a portfolio of strategic relationships.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic sales, business development, partnerships, PE relations, or enterprise account management.
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of private equity ownership models and portfolio company structures.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms active in HVAC and related industries.
- Develop executive-level relationships with portfolio company leadership teams (CEOs, Presidents, COOs).
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Create and execute account plans for key PE firms and strategic partners.
- Represent Parts Town at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Deliver annual sales, profitability, and growth objectives across partnerships.
