Parts Town seeks a Director, HVAC Strategic Partnerships to lead executive-level relationships with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and strategic partners within the HVAC ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue across a portfolio of strategic relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, partnerships, private equity relations, or enterprise account management.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of private equity ownership models and portfolio company structures.
• Experience working within HVAC, distribution, building products, industrial, home services, or related industries preferred.
• Success developing and growing large strategic accounts or partnerships.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and monetize growth opportunities.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority and operating independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection at home.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms active in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home services.
• Develop executive-level relationships with portfolio company leadership teams, including CEOs, Presidents, COOs, and operating partners.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Create and execute account plans for key private equity firms and strategic partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level relationships and partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to maximize partnership value.
• Develop programs that help partners improve operational performance, technician productivity, inventory management, and parts procurement.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners.
• Monitor industry trends, M&A activity, consolidator growth, and competitive developments.
• Identify new market opportunities and influence corporate strategy through market intelligence.
• Represent Parts Town at industry events, conferences, private equity forums, and partner meetings.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
• Deliver annual sales, profitability, and growth objectives across assigned partnerships.
