B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Start Up and Warranty Technician in Florida. Join a rapidly growing, employee-owned MEP contractor with a strong track record and NCCER-certified in-house training.

Qualifications

• Two years field experience in HVAC/mechanical systems.
• EPA and OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Clear driving record and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Must work safely and focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC/mechanical equipment and diagnostics.
• Install and service duct systems, DX piping, chilled water piping, thermal storage, and building automation.
• Communicate clearly with office and customers about issues and changes to time requirements.
• Perform tasks with precision while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with new technologies as they emerge.
