Job summary

Haynes Mechanical Systems is seeking a high-energy sales professional to drive and sustain business in equipment repairs, upgrades, and large HVAC solutions. This role relies heavily on 90% prospecting from our existing customer base while leveraging strong HVAC knowledge and consultative selling skills.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of consultative sales experience with commercial HVAC systems, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of building codes.

Qualifications

• Ability to qualify prospects and opportunities within assigned accounts, deliver effective sales presentations, and handle objections professionally.
• Survey commercial HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions in line with company pricing policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations to influence customers to buy and identify opportunities within existing customer bases.
• Generate sales revenue with a proven track record.
• Understand the prospect’s organization and decision-making process to commit to a timetable.
• Address questions and objections professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide valid solutions.
• Articulate a sale and ROI to customers.
• Survey commercial HVAC systems and suggest maintenance or upgrades.
• Collaborate with Operations to communicate customer needs.
