Johnson Controls is seeking a Sales Engineer - Construction to drive the sale of BE offerings to mechanical contractors, designers and consulting engineers, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction on renewable service agreements.

You will lead the sales process, prepare proposals and cost/benefit analyses, and collaborate with account teams to expand offerings across BE-LOBs while maintaining a high standard of integrity and technical credibility.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HVAC or building automation sales experience.
• Integrity and commitment to quality in business.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence the market at key levels.

Responsabilités

• Sell Johnson Controls BE offerings to contractors, designers and engineers.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and close opportunities.
