Job summary

Bassett Mechanical is seeking a strategic leader to head the Construction Account Management team, driving profitable growth through HVAC contracting opportunities and maintenance agreements. You will set sales strategies, build customer relationships, and guide the team to deliver value-added HVAC solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction or HVAC/mechanical contracting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and teams.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Construction Account Managers to develop technical knowledge and capability.
• Develop sales strategies and drive profitable growth.
• Engage customers, attend site visits, and present solutions.
• Coordinate resources across estimating, engineering, and execution.
• Ensure smooth handoffs and successful project execution.
