Job summary

Aire Serv is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor to consult homeowners on HVAC solutions, improving comfort, energy efficiency and indoor air quality. You will coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, satisfactory experience from start to finish.

You will generate leads through events, calls, and networking, participate in weekly sales meetings, and handle all paperwork including heat gain/loss calculations and rebates. Competitive commission plan offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer-facing demeanor.
• Computer literacy with word processing and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and handle 2–3 calls per day, including some weekends/evenings.
• Lead generation through events and outbound calls.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Complete agreements, finance documents, heat gain/loss calculations, installation notes and rebate forms.
