Trane Technologies in Austin, TX is hiring a Client Service Representative to develop long-term customer relationships and maximize account penetration by offering HVAC system solutions. You will sit on the sales team, work with operations to secure retention and growth, and provide quotes for service work.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with preferred HVAC knowledge and 1+ year in Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one year experience in Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management fields preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sit on the sales team and collaborate with operations to secure account retention and growth.
• Support customers with HVAC systems and equipment selections, proposals and sales development.
• Quote, close, and transition Technician Leads and service work.
• Generate estimates and proposals for service work.
• Provide quotes for service repairs, IAQ, and energy solutions including time/material and fixed-price service.
• Prepare transition documents and communicate project readiness to operations.
