Job summary

Trane Technologies in Austin, TX is hiring a Client Service Representative to join our sales team. You will support customers with HVAC system selections, proposals and service development, and help quote, close, and transition leads to operations.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business is preferred; one year in Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or facilities management is helpful. Benefits include day-one health insurance, PTO, 401(k) match, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sit on the sales team and report to the Services Sales Leader; partner with operations to secure account retention and growth.
• Support customers with HVAC systems & equipment product selections, application, proposals and sales development.
• Quote, close, and transition Technician Leads and other Service repair work.
• Generate estimates and proposals for service work.
• Provide quotes for service repairs, change outs, IAQ, and energy solutions including time and material and fixed price service.
• Prepare transition documents and communicate project readiness for assignment to operations.
