Qualifications

• HVAC service experience and strong diagnostic skills required.
• EPA 608 Certification in good standing.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and support diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair AC system issues including boards, motors, capacitors, relays and thermostats.
• Assist senior technicians on complex calls to grow diagnostic skills.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service work (filters, coils, drains, electrical components).
• Take readings and communicate findings clearly to customers and office.
• Build service-call documentation with parts used and recommendations in Service Titan.
• Generate accurate field estimates and present repair options to customers.
