Live Free is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in Concord, NH to diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and present clear options to homeowners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. A valid driver's license and familiarity with ServiceTitan are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical issues in a way customers understand.
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.

Job Duties

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues
• Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers
• Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners
