Live Free in Concord, NH is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle repairs for furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and AC units, and explain options to homeowners.

Candidates should have 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, strong diagnostic skills, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues.
• Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central ACs, and air handlers.
• Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements.
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment.
• Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish.

Job Duties

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues
• Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers
• Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately

• Service Titan or similar field service software experience is a plus
