Responsibilities include installing furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and ductwork; performing system start-ups; coordinating with homeowners; and maintaining tools and vehicle to deliver top-notch results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Hands-on installation of HVAC equipment and complete systems.
• EPA 608 certification or as required by role.
• Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, air handlers, and condensers.
• Complete system change-outs, replacements, and new installations.
• Run line sets, condensate lines, venting, drains, and low-voltage wiring.
• Perform brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, charging, and system start-up.
• Install and modify ductwork as needed.
• Read installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Test completed systems to ensure proper operation and performance.
• Communicate with homeowners and keep the work area clean and professional.
• Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicle.
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and manufacturer requirements.

Job Duties

• Install residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, air handlers, and condensers

• Basic electrical and low-voltage knowledge


• Ability to work independently and as part of an install team


• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor environments


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
