Qualifications

• 3+ years of related HVAC experience with increasing responsibility.
• High School Diploma or GED; HVAC certificate from technical school.
• EPA Universal Technician Certification required for the role; valid licensure as applicable by location.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Service rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and air handling systems.
• Lead Level I technicians through hands-on troubleshooting and basic repair steps.
• Record billing, inventory, timecards, and service reports in a timely manner.
• Explain status and technical information to customers before, during, and after service.
