Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician II to service commercial and industrial equipment, including rooftops, chillers, boilers, and more. Training is provided in-person, online, and on-the-job to build skills on a variety of systems. Location is Bowie, MD / Washington DC.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and direct guidance to Level I technicians. OSHA safety policies and certifications are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or HVAC certificate preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial HVAC equipment including cleaning coils, replacing filters and belts.
• Repair and replace components for fan coils, water source heat pumps, AHUs, rooftops, and boilers.
• Identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
