Job summary

Service Experts LLC seeks a skilled HVAC Technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete satisfaction while promoting company products and services.

This role requires EPA and safety certifications, a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years of HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 4+ years of experience.
EPA and safety certifications are required.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
Promote products and services and complete paperwork and billing accurately.
Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
Assist with parts delivery and maintain company vehicle and tools.
