Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician – HVAC II to install, troubleshoot, and startup commercial HVAC systems up to 25 tons. You will log equipment data, travel to customer sites, and coordinate with team members and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operations manual and written directions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Physical demands include frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to arriving on time and in uniform.
• Ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems up to 25 tons.
• Log equipment data and conditions.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Communicate with Team Lead and customers.
• Complete tasks with minimal callbacks and timely paperwork.
• Observe and report unsafe conditions.
• Be on-call rotation as required by business volume.
• Maintain tools and company vehicle.
