Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and services residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Performs maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Inspects equipment and identifies potential problems to prevent breakdowns.
• Records all required information on a handheld device and completes paperwork neatly.
• Communicates with dispatch to provide status updates and service needs.
