Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will perform service and maintenance calls, analyze issues, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.

Applicants should have 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. A valid driver's license and physical stamina are required for on-site work in varied environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience with technical training preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must be able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and timely.
• Inspect and service heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Complete paperwork neatly and accurately; collect payment and report status to dispatch.
• Promote products and services to customers and generate replacement sales leads.
