Job summary
Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Denver, CO to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will communicate with customers, meet quality standards, and promote service offerings. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely completion.
The position requires 0–2 years of HVAC experience, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. We offer top pay, generous PTO, advancement opportunities, and medical/dental/vision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with additional training and 0-2+ years’ experience in HVAC.
- Must possess valid licensing or certification as required by regulations for the work area.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Proficient at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment and related accessories.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
- Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous and timely manner.
- Inspect and service HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record all call details and handle paperwork accurately, including payment collection.
- Communicate with dispatch to provide status updates and availability.
