Harrington Air Conditioning in Pinellas Park, FL is seeking an HVAC Service Technician I to diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer experiences on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Travel to homes and businesses daily as scheduled.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Perform warranty and emergency repairs.
• Inspect HVAC systems for efficiency and safety.
• Sell maintenance contracts and generate on-call revenue.
• Maintain inventory of tools and parts.
