Job summary

Harrington Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Service Technician I in Pinellas Park, FL. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience at every call.

The role requires 2–3 years HVAC service experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will travel daily, service equipment, and pursue maintenance contracts and sales on calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 Certification is required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional appearance, communication, and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
