Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial systems in the Charleston area.

Under minimal supervision, you will analyze equipment, communicate with customers, and promote our products and services while following safety practices. We offer advancement opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a career-focused training academy.

Qualifications

• HVAC tech with 4+ years experience and appropriate certifications.
• Must hold EPA and safety certifications.
• Proficient at servicing heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential/light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems professionally and promptly.
• Operate handheld devices, complete paperwork, and collect payments.
• Coordinate with dispatch for status updates and availability.
• Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools; deliver excellent customer service.
• Promote products and services and relay replacement leads to Sales/Service.
• Be available for on-call shifts as needed.
