Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and experience as an Installer, Maintenance, or Service Technician.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Present comfort options and promote products and services to customers.
• Receive and interpret service calls, communicate with dispatch, and document activities clearly.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
• Work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
