You will work on residential calls with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Required EPA Universal certification, a valid driver's license, and state licensure or certification.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• State license or certification required.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and basic service calls.
• Knowledge of HVAC/plumbing and gas codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems.
• Interact with customers to explain issues and options.
• Complete residential service calls within area of expertise.
• Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
• Follow up with HVAC Install and Service departments as needed.
• Train and mentor HVAC apprentices for accurate repairs and installations.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck inventory.
