Job summary

Sierra Air is seeking Service Technicians to travel to customers' homes, diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, and coordinate with the office for smooth service operations. The role requires NATE certification within one year and OSHA 10/30, with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and professional customer interaction.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekends and on-call rotations. Benefits include office support, training, and potential long-term disability options.

Qualifications

• Rep professional with customers, vendors, staff and public.
• Maintain composure and work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license with good record.
• Required tools must be on hand.
• Strong communication with customers and office staff.
• Adapt to changing schedules and conditions.
• Able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain residential HVAC equipment on-site.
• Keep work area and vehicle neat and organized.
• Attend training to stay updated in the field.
• Take scheduling direction from dispatcher and report progress.
• Fill out service tickets and collect payments when needed.
• Recommend services and products when appropriate.
• Turn in paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain required stock on the truck at all times.
