Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an entry-level HVAC technician helper to perform precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC systems. You will assist service technicians, communicate with customers, and promote products and services during on-site visits.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, HVAC training, EPA safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Able to lift and work in varied environments, with possible on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 0 to 2 years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, performs precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Communicates with customers to answer questions, resolves problems, and ensures complete customer satisfaction.
• Promotes products and services to customers.
• Works under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
