Job summary

Engineering Excellence National Account is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You will learn under experienced technicians, gaining hands-on service experience while delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Role requires strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and a safety-first mindset. Training through our Experts University and opportunities for overtime support career growth in a collaborative team

Qualifications

A certificate in HVAC from an accredited college or career center.
EPA 608 Refrigeration license; universal license preferred.
Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools.
Commitment to safety and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

Learn the process of analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns in commercial environments.
Train with senior technicians to become self-sufficient in performing service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
Navigate and use a smartphone to support business systems and dispatchers.
Deliver and remove equipment and parts needed to complete service work.
Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer concerns, questions or problems effectively.
Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
Perform maintenance on equipment, service and/or clean IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and small field fabrication.
