You will perform service, repair, and preventative maintenance, interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics while advising homeowners on repair and replacement options. The role emphasizes customer service, technical skill, and collaboration with the Service Manager to address training, inventory, and pricing needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience or combination of education and experience
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• EPA certification
• Able to perform annual maintenance / clean and checks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiar with a wide range of residential equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC Technical School certificate of completion - Desired

Responsibilities

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm
