H.L. Bowman Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician - Service to install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems in Harrisburg, PA.

Qualifications

• Residential Service HVAC Technician role or similar experience.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Install, repair, or replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Coordinate with team members to schedule service calls and complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, courteous manner and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Accurately document service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent.

About the Role: As an HVAC Technician - Service, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems.

HVAC Technician - Service Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
