Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.

Schedule

40+ hours per week, Monday-Friday (On-call rotation only after training is complete)

What You'll Do

You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards. You'll deliver outstanding customer experiences on every call and provide valuable feedback to the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing.

What You Need

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• HVAC education or strong mechanical background (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of equipment
• Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
• Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles
