Redmonds Complete Comfort, LLC seeks an HVAC Service Manager to lead the service department in central PA. You will drive daily operations, manage technicians, and ensure quality service and compliance with policy, while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and hands-on supervision with a focus on growth, performance reviews, and accurate billing. Base pay ranges 55k–80k with potential bonus and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a service industry
• 3+ years of HVAC industry knowledge
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with Service Titan or similar dispatch software a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

HVAC Service Manager | $55,000 - $80,000 Salary DOE + Performance Bonus Structure

Position Overview:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, and exceptional customer service
• Managing team of technicians & maintaining service schedules
• Overseeing training and development ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policy
• Insure timely completion of HVAC service requests
• Maintaining customer relations
• Daily billing and warranty claims
• Ordering parts & finalize technicians estimates
• Ensure all vehicles are stocked
• Performance reviews of Technicians

Work Schedule: Monday through Frida | 40+ hours weekly | overtime as required

Qualifications / Experience:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training in management in a service industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of HVAC industry knowledge
• Strong computer skills & MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Service Titan software experience is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team of technicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and team collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing service schedules, reports, and inventory
