• Practice provided scripts and role plays, and apply coaching from your service manager.

You will run residential service calls across the Puget Sound area, diagnose aging systems, and present repair and replacement options directly to homeowners, backed by a documented training program and a commission plan that pays on everything you sell. Key Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Able to meet Washington state licensing requirements for the work performed, including the 06A specialty electrician certificate where applicable
• Coachable and willing to run scripts, role play, and take direct feedback
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR check
