Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Experienced Residential HVAC Service & Installation Technician in Seattle, WA. The role offers $41–$45/hour DOE and full-time year‑round work with stable scheduling.

You will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, perform installations, ensure compliance with codes and manufacturer specs, and maintain detailed records using mobile tools. Strong benefits and clear growth paths are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC service and installation experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
• Washington State Electrical Trainee Card or Journeyman 06A Electrical License.
• Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred).
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay + Commission: $41–$45 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
